- Modifications - EveryGunPart may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Referral Program rules.
- Enrollment - To enroll in the referral program, you must accept these terms and conditions. Continued use of our referral links and codes indicates you agree with these terms and conditions.
- Promotional Materials - All promotional materials (links, banners, widget and referral codes) are to be found exclusively on the EveryGunPart.com website.
- Commission - All participants receive a commission from shipped orders placed by customers referred to EveryGunPart.com using referral codes or links.
- Termination - Either EveryGunPart or the participant may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause by giving the other party at least 5 days written notice. Once the agreement is terminated, the participant shall remove all referral links to the EveryGunPart.com website as well as all EveryGunPart trademarks and logos.
