You may return items purchased within 14 days of the order date for refund or store credit.
Products must be in original condition, unaltered and in original packaging. Merchandise is considered altered if it has been: damaged, painted, treated with chemicals or solvents, sanded, drilled, refitted, or otherwise modified from its original state. EGP reserves the right to determine which return products have been altered and to accept or deny any returns.
Items that are final sale cannot be returned. Final sale items include merchandise sold at 40% discount or greater. No additional discounts or credit can be applied to sale items.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. All opened returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will only be accepted if in their original packaging, unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Return Authorizations will only be issued for orders that have been delivered.
To initiate a return:
Return your merchandise following the instructions provided.
Clearly write your Return Authorization number on the outside of your package. If returning multiple packages, write your RA number on each package. Packages received without an RA number will NOT be accepted.
For the vast majority of returns, it may take 24-48 hours to inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. All opened returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
