Wholesale Account Application

Review these policies and terms thoroughly before submitting. These terms are subject to change at any time and any violation of this agreement may result in the suspension of any of your accounts.

NOTE: Parts kits are NOT available for order through wholesale accounts. They can only be ordered using a standard retail account.

Order Minimums and Discounts

A minimum first order of $2,500 is required, unless it includes at least one Stogie Mag humidor. There is no mimum for Stogie Mag humidor orders. Subsequently, orders totalling $2,500 per year is required to maintain an active wholesale account in good standing. EveryGunPart reserves the right to suspend any account that does not meet the required minimum amount without notice.

Wholesale account customers receive the following discounts off of MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing), provided your account is in good standing:

Payment Methods

Wholesale orders may be paid by credit card, company check, cashier's check or money order. Purchase orders (paid by company check or cashier's check) receive an additional 3.5% off.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy

Effective Sept. 15, 2023, a Minimum Advertised Price policy on all ArmaLite, McMillan Firearms, and Surgeon Rifles ("OEM") products will remain in effect (herein referred to as "MAP policy").
As used in this MAP policy, “reseller” means any reseller, distributor, sales representative or dealer.
The Minimum Advertised Price for any OEM product shall be no less than the current "MAP Price" as published on the product's page on the EveryGunPart.com website (https://everygunpart.com/oem.html) This Minimum Advertised Price is established by EveryGunPart and may be adjusted at its sole discretion at any time and by any amount.
You shall not list OEM products on any third-party website, such as Amazon, ebay, Overstock, etc. or any others, without prior written consent from EveryGunPart. Selling OEM products on your own website associated directly with your store(s) is permissible so long as this MAP policy is adhered to.
Advertisement on your part of free or discounted products covered by this MAP policy would violate this MAP policy if it has the effect of discounting the advertised price of the covered product below the Minimum Advertised Price.
Any strike-through or other alteration of a displayed Minimum Advertised Price on a product covered by this MAP policy product violates the MAP policy.
This MAP policy does not establish any maximum advertised pricing. You may offer OEM products at any price in excess of the Minimum Advertised Price.
The MAP policy does not, in any way, limit the ability of any reseller to advertise that "they have the lowest prices" or, they "will meet or beat any competitors’ price," that consumers should "call for a price" or phrases of similar meaning as long as the price advertised or listed for the product is not less than the Minimum Advertised Price.
EveryGunPart reserves the right to run a temporary sale at its discretion, and in such case, the Minimum Advertised Price will be the same as the temporary sale price on those particular items for that particular time period.
If a reseller with multiple store locations violates this MAP policy at any one store location, or on any associated website, then EveryGunPart will consider this to be a violation of this MAP policy by the reseller.
EveryGunPart reserves the right to cancel any pending orders, restrict future orders, or suspend a reseller's account if EveryGunPart reasonably believes:
(i) a reseller has violated the provisions of the MAP policy; or
(ii) a reseller intends to violate the MAP policy.
EveryGunPart is solely responsible for determining whether a violation of the MAP policy has occurred, as well as for determining appropriate consequences and sanctions.
Waivers to the MAP policy may be granted at EveryGunPart's sole discretion in a written waiver. In the event that EveryGunPart authorizes a waiver to the MAP policy, resellers must strictly adhere to the terms of the written waiver. Deviation from the terms of the written waiver is a violation of the MAP policy.
The MAP policy will be enforced by EveryGunPart in its sole discretion and without notice. Violations of the MAP policy may result in any of the aforementioned sanctions up to and including termination of our business relationship, as well as any available remedies at law.

Payment Terms

Net terms are not available. All orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Shipping

Wholesale orders may be shipped via FedEx Home/Ground, FedEx 2 Day, Fedex Express Saver, or FedEx Freight only. USPS/SmartPost shipping is not available.

We do not ship international orders.

Returns

EveryGunPart reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns of used or damaged product and for those returns not following our return instructions, or to outright refuse the return entirely. Agreement

By creating an account, you agree to comply with the above MAP policy and understand your account can be suspended at the sole discretion of EveryGunPart without notice.
