Shipping via USPS is the most reliable way to ensure delivery to a U.S. Post Office box.

However, UPS can be shipped to a Post Office box if the address is formatted properly. UPS may not deliver to an address that begins, with "P.O. Box...".

To place an order for delivery by UPS to a U.S. Post Office box

With a UPS method selected, enter the address number and street of the Post Office's physical location, followed by "#" and then your box number. Do not begin your address with "P.O. Box".
