Can I own "XYZ" parts kit in my state?
EveryGunPart will ship to anyone, anywhere in the continental United States. We sell gun parts--and NOT guns. As we never sell receivers (the legally regulated part of a gun), our kits are legal to own in most U.S. jurisdictions. However, state and city regulations vary widely, so it is your responsibility to check municipal, state, or federal guidelines for your particular jurisdiction before ordering.
Who do you ship to?
EveryGunPart will ship to anyone over 18 years of age, anywhere in the United States as long as the parts are legal for you to possess in your jurisdiction. We never sell receivers (the legally regulated part of a gun). Do I need an FFL? You do not need an FFL because we only deal in parts. Do you perform background checks? We do not perform background checks as they are not required for legal purchases of our gun parts and parts kits.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order ships (normally within 48 business hours), please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout. EveryGunPart is not responsible for delays or damage incurred during transit.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer both FedEx Express Saver and 2nd Day shipping options at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order ships--usually within 48 business hours--you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please check your spam folder or filters to allow email from @everygunpart.com. You can also find tracking information in your account's Order History.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email notification which includes tracking information. Be sure to check any spam folders or filters associated with your email inbox. Your order status, tracking numbers and other account info can also be found in your Account Dashboard. If you are not logged in, click Sign In at the top of any page. Visit My Orders for order history, status, shipping and tracking information.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email pictures of the damage to us at email@example.com. Be sure to reference your Order Number. EveryGunPart will work to with you and the shipping carrier to rectify the situation.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship only to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Our kits are legal to own in most U.S. jurisdictions. However, local regulations vary, so it’s best to check municipal, state, or federal guidelines for your particular jurisdiction before placing an order. Due to export restrictions, we do not ship to international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, or the North Mariana Islands.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within 48 business hours of receipt of payment. Payments by cashier's check and USPS money order must clear prior to shipment. We ship Monday through Friday and are closed weekends. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. How do you ship orders?
EveryGunPart ships to your door in our vacuum sealed packaging using any of the following FedEx methods: FedEx SmartPost Also known as FedEx Ground Economy, FedEx SmartPost is ideal for low-weight, low-value, and nonurgent deliveries. We offer FedEx SmartPost only on orders up to $239. Orders over $239 require Signature Delivery which is not available with SmartPost. FedEx Home Delivery/Ground FedEx Home Delivery/Ground is a ground shipping service that delivers to residential areas and business. FedEx Express Saver FedEx Express Saver is our 3 day shipping option. FedEx 2nd Day With FedEx 2 day shipping, your packages are delivered within 2 business days throughout the United States.
Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are shipped from our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
